day 2 aviemore to pitlochry 57.5 miles

cycled past kincraig wildlife park, but saw no sign of the 3 packs of wolves 2 siberian tigers or 1 red panda note however that they are expecting camels. for about 12 miles over the top of the drumochter you cycle along a very well made cycle track by the side of the A9 which is only spoilt in parts by the amount of rubbish and broken glass, which i take has originated from some car drivers. however another beautiful day i never believed i would be doing that section without waterproof gear. fantastic freewheel down to calvin, and then along through kilikrancki (i know that is spelt wrong) saw the soldiers leap were said soldier made a leap for freedom at the begining of the Jacobite uprisings. and then arrived at the old spa town of pitlochry - lots of charity shops along the high street, plus groups of kids drinking iron bru , remember 20mins for £1 so my excuse for all those spelling mistakes
